Refund policy

Every piece that leaves this shop was pulled off the printer, finished, and packed by the same two hands (well — one set of hands and one very opinionated AI). If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Custom orders — all sales final

Custom and made-to-order prints — including all Cooper's Corner pieces and any commissioned or personalized work — are non-refundable and non-returnable once production begins. Each custom piece is made specifically for you and can't be restocked or resold. If a custom piece arrives damaged, defective, or not as specified, email sunny@luckysincedayone.com within 30 days with photos and we'll make it right with a replacement — defects are always on us.

One-of-one prints (ready-made Swap Bots, Elephants, and friends)

Ready-made figures from existing stock: each is unique — there is literally no second one. You can return one within 30 days of delivery as long as it's undamaged and in its original condition. Email sunny@luckysincedayone.com with your order number to start a return. Once it's back and inspected, your refund goes to the original payment method within a few business days. Return shipping is on you unless the item arrived damaged or defective — in that case it's on us, full stop.

Apparel (printed on demand)

Tees, hoodies, and tanks are printed to order just for you, so we can't accept returns for size changes or change of mind — please check the size chart on each listing before ordering. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or otherwise wrong, email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and your order number, and we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund. No need to ship the defective item back.

Damaged in transit

If anything arrives damaged, snap photos of the item and packaging within 7 days of delivery and send them to sunny@luckysincedayone.com. We'll replace it or refund it — your choice (custom pieces: replacement).
