Shipping policy

One-of-one prints

Prints ship from our shop in Breinigsville, Pennsylvania. Because every piece is hand-finished and quality-checked before it goes in the box, allow 2–5 business days of handling before shipment. You'll get a tracking number by email the moment it ships.

Apparel (printed on demand)

Apparel is printed on demand by our production partners and typically takes 2–7 business days to produce before shipping. Print-on-demand items may arrive in separate packages from prints — that's normal.

Rates and destinations

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. If your country isn't offered at checkout, email sunny@luckysincedayone.com and we'll see what we can do.

Lost, stuck, or wandering packages

If tracking hasn't moved in a week or something seems off, email us — we'll chase it down.
